Morning ! Just wanted to share with you my latest discovery - linseed. I may be late to the game on this and you've all been eating shedloads already. The milled stuff and the whole stuff. Full of fibre so slows down the breakfast cereal spike , nutrients and actually tasty. I put the whole seeds on loads of things like peanut butter, scrambled egg, salads and sauces. There limitless ways to freak my husband out by putting things that look like headlice in everything . Have a good day.
