We are currently conducting research to explore dietary decisions while living with type 2 diabetes. The study aims to improve knowledge in this area, to better support those living with type 2 diabetes in the future. You can help shape this research by completing a short survey .
If you have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, are aged between 18 to 65 years (inclusive) and do not have other special dietary requirements (such as for dietary allergies), then we would like to invite you to take part.



The survey shouldn’t take any longer than ten minutes to complete.
