I have just been able to access the online information at my surgery, haven't quite managed to get to blood test results but there is an information section and I was amazed to see the dietary advice for blood glucose control and weight loss for Type 2 diabetes is LOW CARB and there is a whole list of substitutes for the high carb foods we mention here.
Looks like at least one G P is on the ball.
 
Was it Dr Unwin's surgery?

I wonder what results the surgery gets vs the national average.
 
Not all GP surgeries in Coventry are that helpful, Full Stop. :(
