Cauliflower rice is great. I also make courgetti spaghetti with a spiraliser. I use turnips in stews instead of potatoes and love celeriac mash and celeriac puree. I made cauliflower puree last night from Tom Kerridge's book Dopamine Diet which was fantastic! It does take a bit more effort to find lower carb substitutes and sometimes they need 'spicing' up a bit but you will get used to the idea that it is not necessary to always have potatoes. rice or pasta as the main focus of the meal and to fill your plate with green veg or salads.Yes i read this the confusion came when reading brown rice and pasta wer ok .
