Never... my partner believes I am harbouring a tapeworm
Our grandson, growing up was constantly starving to the degree that his mum and I both used to say he had a tapeworm and I christened it Ravenous Reggie - so we wouldn't ask if T wanted anything to eat or a snack, but asked T whether RR needed anything. His mum said last week as we discussed him now being 24 and still being as skinny as hell though very strong physically, and having a full dinner piled high, then ordering a Dominos, a Pyrex mixing bowl is his cereal dish, his jeans are the 'spray on' sort - whether son of Reggie had been born.

Sorry for your loss Drummer. It could be that this is contributing to you not really being interested in eating. See how you go but otherwise chat with your GP perhaps. x

With so many people dying of really serious things which have been ignored for the last year I suspect that there are a lot of people grieving at the moment.
My sister in law has lost her grandfather as he was taken to hospital over and over again finally diagnosed with lung cancer, but caught Covid in hospital and died. It seems to be a common story repeated many times.
People who have stayed away from hospitals but now getting diagnoses of final stage cancers, late stages of heart failure.
It would not surprise me at all to hear that nurses and other NHS staff are resigning in droves as they just can't face going into work any longer.
