Hi guys, Got diagnosed with T2 when the pandemic started, started managing, got the virus, and fell back to my old ways. Restarted in December with food monitoring (myfitnesspal) and regular exercise (2-3hrs walking daily) but haven't been able to lower my blood sugar to regular levels.
I would like to lower from 8mmol/l before food to about 6 or 5 using metformin but have been advised to just keep to diet and exercise. Is that wise?
