OK OK it's a pre-mix for my bread maker from seriously low carb company but still I feel proud

Looks really tasty...I'd eat it!

Wow- looks fab but... How does it taste?
It's really nice and more dense than the loafs I buy from them, good thing is you can cut it nice and thick if you wish.

I am hooked on their products.

All round to mine for a bread binge, sorry no, forgot about covid restriction so I'm gonna eat it all myself

Hi, well done, the loaf looks amazing. Reading through the back posts I decided to order three loaves from the Seriously Low Carb company, and they should arrive tomorrow morning. I can't wait. It will be great to have a sandwich again. I've got fillings all lined up! Some lovely sliced roast beef, cream cheese and smoked salmon, egg mayonnaise and cress. Hopefully it will cut down on the time I spend in the kitchen, though I do enjoy cooking. But preparing and cooking twice a day sometimes seems a bit much.

Again, well done you, I'm impressed!

Just remember to keep it in the fridge or you can freeze it fine, hope you like it as much as I do.

Hi Maca 44, I've tried the Seriously Low Carb bread and I think it has a lot to recommend it, and will definitely be buying it again. Yes, it is a lot more expensive than ordinary bread, but a loaf could last for perhaps a week if restricted to two slices per day. It's texture is rather light and flimsy, but I find two slices made into a sandwich keeps hunger at bay far longer than conventional bread, which for me is a bonus because I can have a large meal and an hour later be looking for something to eat. Also, each slice is less than one gram of carbohydrate.

Just grateful that you posted about it and I tried it!

Glad you like it I have a big order coming tomorrow, rolls/breadmaker mix/ready made loaf's for freezer. Try the breadmaker one it's more dense.

Makes it a bit expensive if you don't already own a breadmaker though!

You don't need a bread maker you just mix by hand as per instructions on pack.
