Hi another question that's probably been asked a thousand times so sorry if it has. But I've been really working hard on weight loss and understanding the carbs in my food cos I would love to been in remition when I have my bloods done in February.
So far I have been in the normal range every day this week accept first one in the morning , I'm obviously getting the liver dump but what can I do about it? Any ideas or advice please.

What readings do you consider to be 'normal' and how far out is your fasting BG? How much does it differ from your pre breakfast one?

Hi first thing in the morning I'm averaging 6.2 then after breakfast mostly 5.5

Yes - I agree with Anitram.

You are entirely in range - non diabetics never stay dead on 5 all day either. They'll be both under and over that regularly and often.

I would be delighted with steady 6s as a waking level 🙂

I’d carry on doing what you are doing @Karen999 - it’s clearly working very well for you 🙂
