No as tolerances can vary from person to person. Sometimes it the potion aswell.

Is there a definitive list of the best/worst fruits for Type 2's?

No, but in general berries would be top of the best list and bananas and tropical fruit like mango at the bottom. However, you could have a smaller portion of the ‘worst’ ones.

See what works for you 🙂

OK, thanks, now for Xmas Pud!

Lol - Xmas Pud is carb hell! Even on insulin, it can be tricky as all the dried fruit and sugar make it very concentrated with carbs. Check out the nutritional info 😱

So go for a small portion and if possible a nice walk after your lunch.

I make a Christmas pudding jelly, in a round bowl. Sugar free blackcurrant jelly, some mixed dried fruits which have been previously soaked so some sugar comes out, added cinnamon, mixed spice. Slightly less water so it is s bit harder than normal jelly. Turn out on plate so it is Christmas pudding shape. Loads of whipped cream on the top and if you have it, a sprig of holly. Looks like Christmas pudding and even has the spicy smell, just not so much carbs.
