So sorry @Flutterby, how wretched for you. I've just googled and half a can seems to be 10g. That's Sainsbury's.

Hope you are on the mend soon

{{{Hugs}}} Karen. When i was in George Eliot the other year I was expecting 'soup and a sandwich' for my 'tea' but nope, nothing hot past lunchtime!

Best wishes @Flutterby
I hope that you are home soon.

Are they able to give you the carb count? I know that it sounds like a long shot, but I have known that to be the case. Otherwise I tend to estimate around 15-20 for a portion of soup and adjust once tasted.

Wishing you a speedy recovery, take care.

Oh no, Wishing you a speedy recovery and that you are home soon.

One time when I was in hospital I had great fun , not, trying to get info on carbs for their meals, you’d think such a simple request would be easy, but after seeing umpteen different people , including a dietitian who couldn’t help, it turned out that their was info such info on the ward but ward staff obviously know this, I found this out from the catering department , in the end I just searched online
