Also look into steel cut oats, I mix that with the larger oats (looks and feels more filling!) with stevia and chai seeds. Works for me but I’m T1, steel should have the lowest GI index score of all oats.

Are jumbo oats eaten as they come....I can just put them straight into the yoghurt
What seeds and nuts would be suitable so I can bulk it up and maybe add less oats

You can eat them as they come if you choose, not a fan of nuts with oats but seeds are good.

Look for overnight oat recipes & adjust accordingly, ate some in hotel we were staying in in Ireland earlier this year & they were delicious.

Yeah you can, I have the oats cold but leave them soaked in almond milk for hours in the fridge.
