I have just come across a video from Zoe on diabetes and prediabetes. I wish I'd seen it years ago. The Zoe man asking the questions seems to miss bits and it would be nice if the expert a Professor from Glasgow, who explained as a man of South Asian heritage, what he had done to lower his personal risk had had longer to explain. As someone still wearing L Plates I found it very interesting and easy to listen to. It is six months old ie before I knew I was diabetic.
