Tea's in the oven cooking away ready for me to wrap up and take to my grandads tonight to heat up so tonight's menu - Parmesan chicken which is smelling amazing with carrots, yorkshire puddings and some salad cream, what's everyone else having tonight?

Popped off to get the chicken out the oven, make myself a cuppy and have a cheeky wee 4 squares 85% (forgive me) haha, oooh you are making me jealous I do love sprouts and leeks, can I come round yours for tea sometime my mum doesn't like lamb so I haven't had it since primary school haha x

I'm having red wine and whatever nibbles people bring, cos I run a film club on some Mondays and attendees bring stuff to share 🙂 ...I've got a crustless quiche to contribute but I'm having it cos I've got D so there! 😛

Well the parmesan chicken was a hit, my grandad and mum loved it so will be making that again, now just the OH to try it when he gets home from work, it's him that is less likely to like it seen as it involves mayonnaise and parmesan and he's not really a fan of either haha x
