Hi Guys

I was feeling slightly queazy and I pinpointed it to that chocolate substitute soya milk drink. I find it was too sweet and left me quite ill. I decided against buying clilli rice crackers. I had some plain popadums instead. Made a lovely banana and oat smoothie - lovely. Will await to see what I will have for supper.

Mood-wise, I feel so optimistic now, I can think about my issues and don't even get stressed. I got this feeling that it will sort itself out....with my help of course
🙂🙂
