I don't normally look at Youtube stuff but this explains very well about what is wrong with the dietary advice for Type 2 diabetes.
A bit American (well a lot actually) but the explanation is good.
Maybe old hat for many but could enlighten newcomers.
As always make your own mind up.
 
Oh! Goodness! How very sad!
I watched that TED talk a couple of years ago and found it helpful in reinforcing that I was on the right path for me. I am sure she helped many people who had been struggling with their diabetes management and weight for years and her legacy is in those people and that TED talk which will hopefully continue to help people in the future.
