A young woman died suddenly from undetected diabetes just five months after giving birth to her daughter.
Nicola Rigby was just 26 when she collapsed at her home in The Wirral in July 2012.
It was later discovered that Nicola had type 1 diabetes, which had gone undiagnosed thanks to the pressures of becoming a new mum.
Nicola displayed all the symptoms of the fatal disease including weight loss and tiredness but chalked it up to taking care of a newborn.
