Some people mention making their own yoghurt.
Full fat Greek is good, Kvarg or Arla high protein yoghurt or ALDI high protein yoghurt have the advantage of being low carb and low fat if that is what you want.
It is more the ones to avoid really, low fat tend to be higher carb and those with fruit in or flavoured ones, you are better to add your own fruit to Greek yoghurt.
Just look at the total carbs on the pot and some will be as high as 20g per pot so I would avoid those.
