Bev mentioned that she learnt from the FFL thing that one of the best things for breakfast with red berries.

I didn't really check it out although I wanted to as I don't understand why we as a society eat cereal as it's basically carb city!

Watched a Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall program and he showed how to make natural yoghurt. So we did and it worked and it's great then I read the side of the packet of the shop bought one and wow low carb enough for me!

So I may become a yoghurt now! But is it too dairy to eat every day, high fat, or like cheese would it raise cholestral at all?

Also does it have enough "goodness" whatever that is to keep one going till lunch like a cereal would?

Also not sure what would be best to put in it to jazz it up are red berries the best and only option?

Just rambling I think, but thanks for reading any comments welcome.

Rossi 🙂
