Please can I ask, people have this for breakfast. Is the peanut butter put on top of the yoghurt ?

Also the berries - is it a spoonful of blackberries and a few raspberries - how many berries are a portion ?

Might give it a try but have no idea of quantity

Thanks

I have 35g of blueberries (5g carb) and 33g of raspberries (2.5g carb) in the morning. (These are the carb values I was given at diagnosis). I have almond butter cos it’s lower-carb than peanut butter. Have you got the Carbs and Cals book @Mica P? It’s full of useful info. 🙂

I mix the nut butter with a bit of the yoghurt and then mix the rest of the yoghurt in. After that I drop the berries on top. I used to measure the berries but butter just throw a load on.

I use about a tablespoon of peanut butter.
