Okay, I'm day 17 of my 8+ week step one of the Newcastle Diet a la Dr Taylor. This AM my glucose was...drumroll.... 4.9mmol/L !! Heck, I've seldom seen that during the day or evening let alone mornings. I've seen more than a few 10s, in the past though. Let those readings remain in the past.

Sounds like the Newcastle diet is going really well for you. Congrats on the sub 5 reading this morning and hoping many more are in your future.
