Xyla Weight Management

Does anyone have any experience of the NHS Xyla 12 Week Weight Management Programme? Thank you.
Welcome to the forum. @pigtech has documented his progress through this program and has had considerable success. If you use the Search you will find his posts.
Others have followed similar with varying success.

Hi, yes I am currently on the Xyla Pathway to Remission Program (12 month scheme), I started in early Oct 2024, finished the initial 12 week total diet replacement around Xmas 2024. They provide free TDR meals, a set of scales, a blood glucose monitor, a blood pressure monitor. They also provide a free app (The Wellbeing App).
You can contact them via the app if you have any issues, plus they have their own online forum via the app.
You can choose face to face meetings or digital. I chose online and they initially have a tel consultation once a week, then it goes to fortnightly, and I am now on Monthly calls.
I have found them to be pretty good TBH.
I have lost approx 15kg in weight my BMI has come down from 35 to 30 and lost 8" off my waist, and my BG has come down to "normal" levels, and my HbA1c has also come down from over 50 when I started the Pathway (was over 100 at initial diagnosis) to 38 at my last blood test, so non diabetic.
You can track your progress via the app, and you upload your stats weekly, eg: weights, BG levels, waist, etc.
Its not easy, but perfectly doable if you fully commit to it.
Happy to answer any questions....
