Relationship to Diabetes
In remission from Type 2
Session on obesity and weight gain/loss in general. Quite informative hearing about the nutritional science (for want of a better term) behind it all. The book they give you to keep is also very good, although a lot of it is things I've already learned over the last six months. Good reference resource, though.
