When I was a child we never got round to eating Christmas pudding on Christmas Day. My brother didn't like dried fruit. He did as an adult and the rest of us were full. We used to have it fried in butter with a dollop of brandy butter for breakfast on Boxing Day. I got out of the habit of eating Christmas pudding but last Christmas or rather just before Christmas I bought a one person one cookable in a micro. I don't usually cook cakes or pastries. When I was working I used to cook sausage rolls and mince pies for my December birthday for work colleagues. This will be my first Christmas as a diabetic. I haven't looked at the sugar free London site. I had seen the freshwell site had done various muffins etc in mugs in the microwave and had thought I'd buy some almond flour and have a go. My freezer isn't working so may have to work out not buying too much frozen fruit but I will try this. Thank you
