First xmas with the 'D' late morning went for a good walk.

Came back tested at 4.1, as we are going out with friends for a meal tomorrow, only a 'healthy' lunch, baked salmon fillet, green beans, some potato wedges, a glass of fizz, my only deviation, a small piece of low fat cheddar, one square of chocolate and one Mr Kipling xmas cake.

No more treats over the festivities, my 90 min reading 7.9😎

Cheers

Numbers are looking good well done, enjoy your meal tomorrow.
