Is it not possible to book on one of these courses without having to ask my GP/nurse?

Is it not possible to book on one of these courses without having to ask my GP/nurse?

I know the DESMOND has to be by referral by your GP and they have to be subscribed to the program which was designed by the Leicester Diabetes Centre. Other areas often have an equivalent.
Not sure about X-PERT
