@spell Have you phoned them? I kept getting cancelled appointments years ago and found they were double-booking the clinics then bumping me off the list even when I’d been on there longer than others. They didn’t do it again after my call.

I don’t think the system was really able to recover from Covid pressures, and then the strike action has impacted routine clinic check ups (my annual review hasn’t been mentioned/offered despite a couple of chases).
Does your hospital website have an email or phone number? After 6 cancellations I think you should probably contact them especially if you have anything concerning you at the moment
