Does anyone have experience of this? Well it just happened to me and not for the first time.

I was giving my son 2.5 of Fiasp and when I pressed the button it showed as 4.5. This has happened a couple of times with my wife and I. We are super careful and check the dosage two or 3 times before we inject.

I contacted Nordisk the last time it happened but they just asked me to provide a batch number.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

Can you explain where you are seeing the dose recorded as 4.5 when you have just dialed up and injected 2.5? Is it on the end of the pen where it records the last dose or is it on the LibreLink app after you scan the pen, or do you not scan the pen to record insulin on LibreLink?
Could it be that your 2 unit air shot is being added?
Do you dial up the dose by looking at it on the pen display on the side or do you not look and just count the clicks, which is what I always do?

Hi, thanks for the welcome.

It is the digital reading at end of pen. That is a good point about the air shot being added which we have not really taken into consideration but a possibility.
