Who would you trust to give you health advice? Your Mum? A friend? The NHS 111 service?
It seems most people would put faith in friends and family over the troubled 111 service, found a survey by online healthcare provider HealthExpress.co.uk and YouGov.
In fact, out of the 2,102 UK adults polled, only two per cent said they would use the NHS?s service which answers non-emergency calls from the public.
While 57 per cent said they would still rather see their local GP, 20 per cent admitted they would place their trust in a family member or friend who has no medical knowledge, over a trained professional.
So where has it all gone wrong?
