I work nights 12-hour shifts and find it very hard with meals, I sometimes just have a sandwich and then go to work. At work, i have a sandwich if I can find the time. So it is very hard to control my sugar levels, on my days off I make a proper meal
If anyone out there who works night how do you manage your blood

I work nights, I have breakfast around 3pm , then a cooked meal between 7&8pm , then I take either a salad or a sandwich into work with me. It seems to work OK for me.

I have Breakfast before I go to bed. And get up around 5,30pm and have a sandwich before going to work, once at work i try and grad a sandwich. I work in mental health so it can be a bit hectic
