I've been a little naughty this christmas with the treats 😱; rhubard crumble and cream following Christmas dinner and had strawberry flan and ice-cream last night; now I need some words of encouragement to put the treats away...🙂

Just try and remember that a treat isn't a treat if you are feeling guilty about having it, which would spoil your enjoyment of it - make it a special occasion, and a little reward for some achievement 🙂 What are you hoping to achieve in the coming year? Can you plan steps towards those successes? How about following a training plan for your running or swimming and setting milestones? You've achieved excellent control through your efforts so aim to get back on track now that the pressures of Christmas are behind you (or at least, nearly a year away!) 🙂

All nice and fatty - so nice and slow in the digestive tract - so low numbers on the BG meter!
You do like excercising though? Just think of all that extra that you will be doing to get the fat off and your colesterol numbers down in the new year!!!

Christmas comes once a year and we are all only human. DOn't feel guilty about it, enjoy the treat an know that is what it was. If many of us didn't have treat from time to time we'd crack up.
