A woman suffered irreversible brain damage after illegally being administered the diabetic drug Glimepiride. She was also abused in other ways. I think the sentences far to tight and would have handed down 30 years! Can Glimepiride induced hyperglycaemia I have heard some people suffered after ring given barbaric insulin therapy.

From what the article said the woman is likely to dies as a result of her abuse. Surely they should have been tried for attempted murder, and murder if she does die.

The sentence is far too low for this kind of crime, even as abuse it is horrific

Apparently the victim was not diabetic. The Glimepiride was from the mother in law (prescription) who was type 2.
