woke up to 13.1!!!

I havent woken up to a number like this is months(usually 6.something)!!! Body what is going on!! First I go low loads & now your going high loads and completely randomly! ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!


And to top it all off I feel sick (not ill just sick) BAD DAY!

You might have had a high reading this morn cos you had a hypo that you were unaware of through the night.
 
last thing i ate was a sandwich for tea at 6pm
 
Sounds like a bit of dawn phenomenon to me if your blood sugar was 6.7 when you went to bed and you last ate at 6pm. Hope that tomorrow morning is more successful x
