Hi I have been a type 2 since 2009. I take 4 x metformin and 1 dapaflagazin (forxiga) daily and 1mg semaglutide (ozempic) weekly. I also have chronic fatigue syndrome which is quite bad at the moment. When diagnosed with CFS I was told if my sugar was not regulated it would make symptoms worse. I have been checking bloods morning and evening to keep related. Obviously what goes in my mouth affects the level, but I have noticed the levels go up overnight, sometimes quite considerably. Can anyone explain why? I don’t usually eat after 7 pm.
Thanks in advance

Hi @Dawn Dudas, do a search in the forum (magnifying glass top right) for 'dawn phenomena' and / or 'foot on the floor'. This is highly likely to answer your question. Apologies for the brevity now, in a rush!
