I was diagnosed 4 years ago (50yo) when I was quite ill and taken to hospital. I was very weak/sick/nauseous and had a temperature. After 6 days of tests I was told that I was diabetic, but they needed to check again. At the time I did'nt know why they needed to check and check and check. Anyway I go to get tested at my local hospital every 4 months, but this time they want me to wear a little electronic device with a catheter under my skin (tummy area) that measures my ?T cells? every few minutes. I have to make a note of the food I eat and quantity, exercise etc. This is because my ?T cell? count is the same as a person without diabetes. Ok, So I know why I am diabetic, But, does anyone know why this is a normal reading ?T-cell? count for me?. And what going to be done?.
?Yes?, I do know the doctor can tell me, and I will tell all when I find out. But that?s going to be a while yet,
Thank you for reading this?
