So had my first appointment at diabetes clinic after diagnosis at end of June with a maaaaassssive HbA1c of 131. 2 and a half months later and my HbA1c is.....wait for it....57. Doc said risk of complications is reduced under 58. Weight loss continues slowly. Thanks all. Couldn’t have done it without you. Long journey still ahead but there’s nothing as motivating as seeing results.

Amazing @Largesse1!

Congratulations 🙂

Folks here may have made suggestions, but it was you that had to put it into practice and make it work for you!

Congratulations! Hope when I go back in early November my results are as good!

Well done, we may have been able to give advice, but it was all down to you putting it into practise.

Well done, I just hope it does end well for you xx

Well done. 🙂

Amazing result and reflects all your hard work. Hope the doc gave you a big pat on the back and a gold star. You have every right to be incredibly proud of yourself. Keep up the good work!
