I tried some Wholegrain spelt spaghetti with bolognese sauce last week and really liked it.

Is this type of spaghetti ok?
Any of you have any thoughts on this.

Look at the carbs on the packet, it may not be very different from normal whole wheat pasta as it is still a 'grain' but you may tolerate it better and you will only know by testing your blood glucose before and 2 hours after eating.
If you want a pasta that is low carb then try edamame bean or black bean pasta.

Thanks for the advice - I,ve found some edamame spaghetti in my local Holland and Barrett and will give it a try.
