Hi there,

Can I ask if any other type 1 diabetics here take whey protein for the gym or just for extra protein? And if so, is it a safe choice for diabetics?

Thank you!

Don't waste your money on expensive Whey Power. Skim milk contains 8g protein add a couple of scoops of marvel or skim milk powder at 12g per scoop. That gives you 32g with a lot less fat but a lot more vitamins and minerals. Protein powders usually contain 24g to 28g
