I've been off the rails for so long now I have quite forgotten how to eat properly. Are there any online guides I could download.
Thanx🙂

You could look in our ongoing thread "What did you eat yesterday" lots of wonderful suggestions from real people

And if you look up the Recipe thread there's some tasty recipes and meals on there too. Good luck & take care

Hi Jon. It can be difficult to advise what Type 2's should be eating as we are all different. It is advised not to follow the Eat Well Plate that GP's dish out as there are too many carbs which isn't good for us. As others have said, check out the food forum on here for great ideas.

No advice on what you should be eating, but want to say well done for wanting to get back on the wagon. 🙂
