Thought I would conduct a poll and ask members when is the worse time for your BG,s I suspect most will go with mornings but just simising

Ill start mine is noon

I'm a noon girl as well!

I am usually up between 4;30 and 5;am for work and like some time to come to and get in the mood for even talking to people. When I am home I try to sneak out of bed early so I have an hour or two on my own before I have to even think about talking to people and being nice tot hem.

I'm one of those who has no really bad times of the day (or night), but problems can strike any time. Getting my lunchtime doses right seem to be one of the biggest problems where hypos are concerned, as I have them often mid-afternoon. I rarely get double figures, so can't really claim a bad time for them, but if I do get them they tend to be in the evenings, with a spike before returning in range before bed 🙂

Ignoring my post-meal levels, my highest time is pretty much always the morning.

The rest of the day tends to depend on how active I am and what I've been eating. But generally it's lower.

As I am restricted on strips, it is difficult to tell, but I do test if I have a meal out of the ordinary, and this will often be dinner. If I have been a bad boy, my readings will be high (for me)

Looking at my meter, I have the most variability in the evening. I wasn't sure whether this was included in "night" so I ticked "other".

Late afternoon / early evening are my high point.

mine often are when i come back from work at about half 9.

Most definitely mornings!

Or if I eat a chinese....😱
