I'm wondering when I should have my bigger meal at the moment I have it in the evening, today for lunch I had scrambled eggs with 2 eggs and spinach, for dinner I had 2 1/4 pounder burgers not in buns but on a plate with stir fred veg,big pile of broccoli and a fried egg,I'm thinking would it be better to have the big meal earlier to fuel my day and the small meal in the evening as I'm not doing much after that?

If you are in ketosis it doesn't really matter when you eat - but you could try swapping identical meals and seeing if you get less of a rise one way ot the other.

Test & see! Everyone is different! I’m MUCH less insulin resistant in the evenings & eat my biggest meal then with my smallest dose of insulin. I eat the least at breakfast & need the biggest dose of insulin with lunch in between the two in terms of amount of food & insulin dose!
