Very boring, plan my travel journey to work., and think of breakfast . I like my food
 
Put in my eyedrops!
 
Elaborate teeth cleaning ritual. Buzz round with electric toothbrush, interdental toothbrush in all of the gaps, floss dental implant, buzz round with electric brush once more.
 
Put cotton wool in my ears, so I can't hear the rats in the roof and remove my specs.
 
I find breathing is pretty helpful. I try to do it every night. 😉
 
Three different puzzles to build up points if I get them right .I think that I am addicted !!!!! Drop off to sleep quickly though.

Quick wash and then brush my teeth. Sometimes read a book. I am lucky in that I tend to sleep well and am usually asleep pretty fast once my head touches the pillow.... 🙂:thankyou:
 
Turn the electric blanket off and lie down.

Calculate the carbs in my breakfast, write it on a post it note next to my diabetes kit by the bed so I can bolus for it first thing in the morning
 
finish my level on puzzle on my tablet until I run out of lives
 
Brush teeth then read kindle while listening to some mellow music and usually fall asleep before it finishes.
 
Get my cat Pumpkin comfy under the duvet with this feet touching a hot water bottle and his head under my chin. BTW he is not spoiled rotten...who am i kidding
