Just did a little experiment. I ate a couple of Danish pastries - which I haven't done since diagnosis 18 months ago. Waited 2 hours - tested - 15.7 - very shocked! I knew it would be raised, but I never have levels anywhere near that. So I tested again straight away - 10.4. Couldn't understand that difference so tested two more times - 8.3 - 7.8. All these were within a space of 3 minutes! What's going on? Do you think my meter is on the blink? xx
