What's going on with Medtronic?!

This morning I received an email with details of a Medtronic delivery plan that they've put in place. Basically it's just a list of dates they're planning to deliver the items I get from them. Every 4 months although the email doesn't specify number they're going to deliver. It also says "You can also find an overview of all your future delivery dates via our Delivery Plan service in the Medtronic WeCare app." Can't get into WeCare currently as looks like it's forgotten my email.

Anyone else had this?

I have not yet received the e-mail but have spoken to a couple of Medtronic people (representative during pump replacement on the 7th and Helpline querying an unexpected delivery this week). Both said it would take some time for the WeCare app to show anything, and that I should telephone to order if nothing shown before the time of my next delivery in July. The unexpected delivery (10 infusion sets, 10 reservoirs) would be explained by the move to a four-month cycle, though they forgot the sensors.

My sensors are on a separate ordering system from my cannulas and reservoirs.
The sensors come from Holland and the cannulas etc from UK, I think. This is all set up by the hospital and I just phone if I want to make any alterations to the intended orders. If I am asking for more than usual it needs to be confirmed by the hospital, so I get an extra box of cannulas and reservoirs because I find I need to change every two days rather than three most of the time. It all seems to work at present.
