Has anyone else from this forum watched this doc/film? Finding it very interesting. Basically claiming that meat, particularly processed meat is more to blame for people getting diabetes than sugar and carbs. They seem to back it up well with studies. They are suggesting that a plant based diet is probably the best way to counter/reverse it. Also saying how bad things like dairy products and most cooked foods are! I've never been one to consider a vegan diet but I'm now considering moving largely towards a mainly vegan based diet after watching that. Eye opener!
