This has been around for years, but I just came across it & I haven't seen it mentioned here before. Pragmatic advice for newbie T2's. From a browse, I think I would have found it very useful when I was first diagnosed.

The gentleman in question's surname is SHANLEY - but he is pretty laid back being an Ozzie LOL

Oopsie - never been good with names! I'll fix it.

The blog is a pain to navigate, I find, so the book might be worth shelling out a few clams for.
 
Hee hee - precisely why he assembled it into a book. I was by no means knocking the info and of course many of us had the benefit of starting to read the blog earlier than you - which by the nature of such things, was written as he went along and got longer. LOL
