Hi all,

I can’t remember what ketone level is considered concerning?

I’ve just had a reading of 0.4 and not sure if I need to worry or not?

Thank you 🙂

0.1 to 0.6 are normal I think

Yeah anything up to 0.6 isn't seen as a concern xx
