After the trouble I have been having with my blood levels yoyoing, today not one reading over 8.8... so far... I dont understand it in the slightest.

Doctors have told me it is an art not a science.
I have been very similar; yesterday up to 14, today not over 7.7 I ate exactly the same things for b.fast and lunch both days too. I did go for a walk after lunch today and wait even longer after my injection before eating which would have helped with the afternoon spike.
So frustrating.
