One more thing, that I had forgotten. I used to have constant headaches and ate paracetamol like it was going out of fashion. I thought that headaches were just my peculiarity and learned to live with them.

Now, since I started my low carb diet, not a single headache and no need for the paracetamol

A bit of a funny story. I think my brain has stopped working. I always cut my hair with a hair trimmer. Very easy it is too. I set the number two guard and off I go. Except, this last time, I forgot to put the guard on. Whoops. Number 0 hair cut. My, its so cold now. I can't say that the Bruce Willis look suits me at all.

My brain's full to capacity. Difficult remembering new info whereas I remember things from childhood quite easily ......

Buggrit, think it's a symptom of lockdown cos I'm only just over 20.

Because I've lost weight in an attempt to bring down my Bg levels, I've stopped snoring we are both pleased!
Haha yes i have stopped snoring too.
Lost weight. No puffy ankles, knee pains have eased and can climb stairs without a deep intake of breathe first due to the pain. No longer out of breathe and enjoy exercise and don't dread hills. Eyesight improved. No more thirst or getting up in the night for the loo. No more heartburn. No constipation . No headaches. No more constant thrush. No more dizzy or shaky episodes. Mood very much better. Better memory and less fuzzy heads. Have more zest for life.

Yes my snoring has gone too that was one of the first things to happen so can be due to weight loss, which is steadily going down. I made the hair trimmer mistake and had a grade 0 but quiet liked it so I am staying with that now, way I see it is hair loss is here so might as well get used to it so next move is a Bic but not just yet.
