Hi guys
Sent my medical form off to day
Phoned Dvla about doctors report
They told me they will send my medical form back
Because I need a doctors letter
A medical form
And a driving license renewal form
Is this correct
Does any one know the correct process
And form titles
Thanks in advance
 
If that's what the DVLA asked for then yes it is correct.
 
I would go by what the DVLA tell you - I think it’s different if you’ve had your license revoked vs if you are renewing a 3-year license. This might be why you need to complete the extra paperwork. But the DVLA will know 🙂
