Okay I know its not good for us but okay in moderation. I had a very nice mars egg with the intention of having just a little over the next few days. Once I started I couldn't stop lol, whole egg and 2 mini mars bars gone :0). weird thing sugars stayed in normal range.

What have you had?

None, as not really that keen on chocolate 🙂

I stole a mini egg from the top of my wife's easter cake 😱 😛

I'm saving myself until Sunday... My egg will be scrambled - but I've bought a small bar of Toblerone for my evening treat.

what egg aint i had lol, nah serious had mini creme eggs still got 4 left honest 😛

No egg but I have treated myself to a couple of bars of green and black's trying to eat it slowly, but this burnt toffee variety is delicious!

I have a plain chocolate Thorntons Egg but it also has about 10 choccies as well, I wasn't expecting that. Then today, mum and dad have bought my sister and I a Yorkie Egg each Lol, how old are we?! I said to my friend earlier - "It's a good thing I'm not diabetic!"

I have a mini eggs Easter egg thanks to my friends mike & Kim who came down to visit today. Luckily I'm daily good at limiting myself to small amounts 🙂

I have a mint chockablock egg from tesco, 2 creme eggs & a Lindt frog.

I won't be eating them in one go but ill still probably have them in sept unless Tom (my diabetes) craves chocolate

LOL@NOrtherner!

I bought a bar of Lidl dark choc with orange peel, a bar of Lidl dark choc with caramel and a block of Lidl 81% dark choc today instead of eggs. Hubby and I will have one square each per night.

I'm waiting for the sales on Tuesday! 🙂

Think you might be disappointed there Alan! I spent an hour last night driving round all the little corner shops here as town had run out of almost every single type of egg. There were odd 'undesirable' eggs left, or the mega expensive fancy ones, but that was about it. Whoops! Failure as a mother it seems! I bought 11 for my minded children weeks and weeks ago at wonderfully discounted prices, but forgot my own two 'children'. They then reminded me yesterday that they were looking forward to their egg on Sunday and I thought "Eek - better get out there!" I did luckly find one random Tesco Express with a pretty good selection left, but it was about the 7th shop I visited 😱

Note to self: Shop for Easter eggs on Boxing Day!

Tee hee I bought three Cadburys Creme Eggs on the basis that I could eat each one anytime I had a hypo during the day....I got home from buying them and my BG was 3.2:D

That was a touch unfortunate then :D

Hubby has bought me a hotel chocolat extra thick caramel rocky road! Not opened it yet (granny passing has taken the shine of things a little and ive got a sick feeling about me) and I know my mil & parents have both got me one.

I know my mil has got h one as well, but unfortunately he wont be able to eat it, so mummy will have to 🙄 my parents have got him some teething toys (awwwwww)

Di, H will be just as happy with the box! He might not like it when you have to take it away due to sogginess though.

Nice one - hope you got stuck in.

Millie chose the "hello kitty" one from our lovely next door neighbour, think she was swayed by the packaging 🙄 She has 3 in total and the first year without any special "diabetic" ones. Finally the education is sinking in - lol
